2024 has been the most impactful year for AAC, thanks to you!  

Here are some highlights of our impact:

📈 Key Achievements:
• Launched a brand new website, featuring an updated job board and 28 pieces of career content
• Expanded our job board by 18%, now listing over 1,000 high-impact opportunities!
• Now supporting 440 organisations with recruitment!
• Launched our Effective Giving and Pledge club, creating new pathways for committed animal advocates to meaningfully contribute

🌟 Career Impact:
• Helped 26 people transition into high-impact animal advocacy roles
• Supported career changes into leading organisations including The Humane League, Animal Charity Evaluators, Mercy For Animals, Animal Equality, and New Roots Institute
• Conducted 100+ personalised career coaching sessions

🚀 Looking ahead to 2025:
• Expanding our career coaching capacity with a new advisor
• Aiming for 240 coaching sessions
• Launched our first-ever policy fellowship program
• Increasing support for our effective giving community.
