We're hiring a Litigation Fellow to join our Climate Change & Animal Agriculture Litigation Initiative (CCAALI) team within the Environmental Protection Clinic at Yale Law School! CCAALI, which launched in 2021, is focused on the potential for litigation in the United States based on animal agriculture’s contributions to climate change. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge research initiative, collaborate with NGOs and partner institutions on potential litigation, and engage with varied areas of law including animal law, climate law, environmental law, and environmental justice. The Litigation Fellow will receive a one-year appointment beginning in summer/late summer 2024 (exact start date flexible). The position is preferably based at Yale Law School in New Haven, but remote work in Yale-approved states will be considered for strong candidates.
