On April 8, Veg Foundation signed a "Menu for the Planet" commitment with the Ministry of Agriculture of Chile to advance towards a more sustainable food system: the institution pledge to go 50% plant-based by 2025, in all its dining halls across the country.

•  The commitment with the public institution will allow its food services within the Ministry and its Institutions to purchase and offer plant based options to achieve an offer of 25% plant-based menus by the end of 2024, and 50% by 2025. 
• This initiative was carried out in the context of the presidential commitment of Veg Foundation with the current president Gabriel Boric signed in 2021, to promote healthy, quality and timely nutrition to face the challenges of the climate crisis.
