Are you an executive leader at an organization dedicated to helping animals? Starting on April 30th at 7pm - 9pm ET (May 1st at 8:00 - 10:00 UTC+8), Scarlet Spark is launching Cohort 2 of People Skills for Animal People (PSAP): a leadership skills program that amplifies your ability to save more animals by creating a great workplace for humans.
The program is designed to make an impact on multiple levels:
- Short-term results: more confidence in your leadership skills, an easier (and more enjoyable) time getting results, improved employee performance, engagement, alignment, and productivity
- Long-term results: a more sustainable, scalable, and impactful organization, along with healthy leadership habits
People Skills for Animal People consists of virtual, live, hands-on workshops delivered every other week on Tuesdays at 7pm - 9pm ET (Wednesdays at 8:00 - 10:00 UTC + 8).
If you are an executive leader (e.g., E.D., Founder, Chief ___ Officer) at a nonprofit that helps animals, apply here. We are focusing on these roles, in particular, to provide role-relevant support and enable a safe space to learn with and from peers.
The application deadline is on March 29, 2024.
