Greener by Default is excited to announce our partnership with Nuffield Health and Sodexo UK and Ireland to launch a large-scale pilot study that will bring healthy, sustainable, plant-forward menus to patients across all of Nuffield’s 37 hospitals—one of the largest pilots of its kind in the UK.

GBD will work closely with both organizations to reduce their carbon footprints and make healthy, sustainable, inclusive food selections more accessible for patients by positioning delicious plant-based meals as the default option—all while preserving freedom of choice for diners.
